I am only interested in working people the kind of people that want to be not just good, but great. The kind of people that understand the value of a good challenge. They want to be challanged, stretched, molded and refined into a “flow state” aviator, and not one that operates on force. The kind of people that feel that kind of joy in being the best that you can be. And not just for bragging rights. But for certainty in safety. The kind of certainty, that feeling you get when you know that “you’ve got this.” Not in an arrogant sort of way, nor in any way “macho”.

I don’t just talk about proficiency, safety, and “having your stuff together.” I believe in modeling it. Practicing what I preach.

I only work with the kind of people who want to do things the right way, the first time.

Pursue mastery, not mediocrity.

No shortcuts.

I’m the guy you go to when you want to master what you’re doing. Not just “skim by.”

Your family matters.

You’re smart enough to realize you’re only as good as your training.

Which isn’t enough every 24 months.
