*All contract and flight instruction services billed by day rates require an additional fee to cover expenses incidental to the work day, such as lodging, airfare, ground transportation, meals, aircraft expenses, and other expenses required by the PIC for the successful outcome of the mission. A duty day is considered a period of time up to 8 hours. Between 8-12 hours, the rate increases x1.5. Above 12 hours, the rate increases x2.0 (from the standard rate).

All training is conducted in an aircraft provided by the client. However, Toby has a VFR-only Cessna 172 available for an additional charge of $160/hour (wet).
