What this course is.
We brief, evaluate, practice and debrief. The point is to find gaps and work on them deliberately, with the syllabus adapted to your airplane and proficiency.
“AQP” here describes the approach and syllabus in my original course notes. It does not mean this course is an airline’s FAA-approved Advanced Qualification Program. We confirm the flight-review or WINGS path and any required endorsement before training.
What the training looks like.
- Talk through your flying and the skills that need attention.
- Use an evaluation flight to establish where you are starting.
- Brief and practice the selected scenarios.
- Debrief the results and agree on the next work.
