Details you submit are stored in this website’s database and copied to Toby’s private main-dashboard CRM. Toby can review them through his protected dashboard and owner inbox. They are used to review your request and contact you about training or pilot services.

When you sign in to the client training area, your account email connects you with your own requests and training recommendations. Toby can review these records. Availability is based on private calendar busy times; event titles and other clients’ information are not shown. Requests may create private tentative holds on Toby’s Training Calendar after a conflict check. Training receipts, recommendations, and reminders are emailed through Toby’s Gmail account. Optional training reminders can be turned off in your client area.

Please do not submit payment information, identification documents, medical information, or other sensitive records. To request a copy, correction or deletion of your inquiry or training records, email tobyrice01@gmail.com. Include the email address you used. Turning reminders off stops optional reminder messages; it does not delete your records.
