CE500 JET TRAINING
Master your jet in the real world, not just the check ride.
Initial PIC, proficiency and recurrent training, mentor-pilot support, SOE, and SIC training in your Citation.
Master the flying. Master being the captain.
You want to feel locked in.
When a clearance changes, does your workload get ahead of you? We work on the flying, the decisions and the habits behind that feeling. Training that actually makes you good, not just legal.

A copilot doesn’t automatically make you a crew.
A new copilot needs training and clear expectations. An experienced copilot may use procedures different from yours. In Part 91 flying, shared standardization cannot be assumed.
You need to be ahead of the airplane, know what you want, and know what it takes to get the flight done. Then you can brief your copilot, assign tasks clearly, and build a crew that works together.
That is why we put so much emphasis on single-pilot IFR skills, even in a crewed cockpit. We develop your workload management alongside crew coordination within your airplane’s approved crew requirements.
Initial training, proficiency, SIC, SOE, and mentoring all carry this same purpose: be really good in your airplane.
Arrive ready to use the time well.
You need strong single-pilot IFR skills, command of your avionics and advanced ForeFlight proficiency. If one of those needs work, say so. We can plan preparation training before the intensive aircraft work.
Plan so you know what matters and when to say no. Execute with flows you understand and checklists that verify them. Overcome by recognizing what changed and adapting. Brief it. Fly it. Debrief it.
