$1,500 per day.
Hire me to fly with you and mentor you through operating your jet in the real world.
We combine meaningful cross-country flying in the IFR system with proficiency work in your airplane. Weather, approaches, planning, changing clearances, crew coordination, and appropriate abnormal/emergency practice become part of learning to operate as the captain.
The goal is more than building hours. It is learning how to think, how to lead your copilot, and how to handle the flight when things go wrong, with a flow instead of a fight.
Agree on the role before the flight.
We confirm who is serving as PIC, the crew requirements and the training goals for the actual aircraft and operation. Mentoring does not automatically mean I am the operating captain.
A working day may include a mission briefing, the flight, selected proficiency work and a debrief. We choose the focus around what you need and the flight permits.
Mentor-pilot work follows the Pilot Services daily rate, $100 meals per diem, and travel expenses.
